The Complete Program for Runners
All levels are welcome! This program is for anyone who needs to revitalize their love of running.
This 12-16 week program has 3 phases:
Base. The great structures standing today have a solid base. A good run program is no different. Building a strong base will allow us to train harder in the next phase. (4-8 weeks)
Build. Intervals, track workouts, fartlek, hill repeats… This is where the fun begins and we break new barriers. (4-6 weeks)
Race/Retain. If you have a race coming up with is where we will taper (method to show up to race day strong/fresh), or I show you how we retain and even build on the results we gained in the previous weeks. (2-4 weeks)
Programs are built for the individual. Upon purchase, I will reach out to based on your preferred method of contact. Just to make sure we’re on the same page and if I have additional questions to help build the best program for YOU.
You will also receive warm-up and cool-down drills.
