Thank you for visiting. One thing that frustrates me in the fitness industry is the cost of entry to good, quality workouts. I can go on for days of gripes I have for YouTube fitness influencer workouts, but I’ll save that for another day….

This program is progressive and gets more and more challenging as you go. Feel free to do the workouts in order, or keep them for a day of travel where you don’t have gym access because these workouts require NO EQUIPMENT. If you have ANY questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
